Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher in San Antonio, TX. You will develop fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers to foster growth and engagement in preschoolers.

You will lead classroom management, ensure curriculum implementation, and adhere to licensing guidelines while building strong relationships with families and supporting our center’s success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center policies.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote social, physical and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and know licensing guidelines.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support the center’s success.
