La Petite Academy in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure curriculum aligns with licensing guidelines.

You will promote social, physical, and intellectual growth, build strong relationships with families, and lead classroom management while complying with state requirements. Formación

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:
