Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience with infants in licensed childcare or early education setting.
- CPR and First Aid certification in progress or current.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for infants.
- Provide attentive, nurturing care in a safe, stimulating classroom.
- Monitor and document each infant’s growth and daily activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about progress.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe infant classroom per licensing rules.
- Collaborate with assistant teachers and center staff for high-quality care.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols specific to infant care.
