Big Blue Marble Academy in Marietta, GA is hiring an Early Child Care Lead Teacher to guide a world-spanning play-based curriculum that builds development skills and curiosity in preschoolers.

You will develop strong rapport with families, share milestones via electronic daily reports, and follow enhanced safety guidelines to keep the classroom clean, safe, and inclusive for all children.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required.
• Early Childhood coursework, CDA or degree preferred.
• At least six months experience in childcare, daycare or preschool preferred.
• Employees must stand for six to eight hours daily and perform bending/kneeling while engaging with children.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Must be able to visually supervise children at all times.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities using our play-based curriculum that takes children on an adventure around the world as they learn developmentally appropriate skills and concepts.
• Develop rapport with families daily. Use electronic daily reports to share milestones captured throughout the day.
• Follow enhanced safety guidelines to keep your classroom clean and safe
