Responsibilities

• Foster a warm, open relationship with each child and family.
• Develops and implements age-appropriate curriculum (lead teachers only).
• Ensure the safety and well-being of every child from arrival to departure.
• Attend training sessions for professional development and licensing compliance.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation of screenings and assessments.
• Meet monthly with the director to plan classroom growth.
