Job summary

Learning Care Group in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Lead Teacher to create engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons and mentor fellow teachers. You will manage the classroom, implement curriculum, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines to support families and children.

The role requires 18+ years old with relevant experience and a passion for early childhood education. Monday through Friday, benefits and a supportive team are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Call the shots on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support child development and center success.
