Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to foster engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for preschoolers. The role involves mentoring fellow teachers, promoting comprehensive development, and leading classroom management and curriculum implementation in alignment with licensing guidelines and company standards.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilidades

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation; be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and center success.
