Learning Care is seeking a Lead Teacher to develop engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons and mentor fellow Teachers. You will lead classroom activities and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for preschool children.

You will also emphasize building strong relationships with families, enforcing licensing guidelines, and collaborating with the center team to support children's growth and the center’s success.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center standards.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children.

Responsabilidades

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead on classroom management and curriculum, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and center success.
