Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher to mentor fellow Teachers, create engaging preschool learning experiences, and manage classroom routines in accordance with licensing guidelines. You will build strong relationships with enrolled families, promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children, and lead curriculum implementation across the class.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $20.33–$21.11, plus comprehensive benefits, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) match, flexible

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and center policies.
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors and engage children in activities.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth in your class.
• Call the shots on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support child development and center success.
