Job summary

The Sprout School in Richmond, VA is seeking a passionate Lead Teacher to guide a mixed-age classroom using a Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum. You will observe, document, and reflect on each child’s learning while collaborating with families, fellow teachers, and the broader community.

Ideal candidates hold a CDA or AA/BA in ECE (or a non-ECE BA with 15 ECE credits and 1 year of experience) and demonstrate strong communication and knowledge of Early Childhood Education principles.
