BrightPath Kids in Budd Lake, NJ is hiring a Lead Teacher to provide a home-away-from-home for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, following NAEYC guidelines.

You will create developmentally appropriate curricula, curate engaging programs, and maintain a warm, safe environment. You will partner with families to plan the best care, and communicate effectively with parents or guardians about their child's progress and needs.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA credential or Head Teacher certification or 15 ECE credits required.
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks - 12 years in one assigned classroom.
• Create developmentally appropriate curriculum according to NAEYC standards.
• Curate programs and activities based on children's interests and learning styles.
• Maintain a warm, clean, and safe environment that supports growth and exploration.
• Partner with families to plan the best care and education for their children.
• Provide effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
