BrightPath is hiring a Lead Teacher at our Princeton, NJ center. This full-time role focuses on providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, following NAEYC guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks - 12 years in one classroom.
• Create developmentally appropriate curriculum per NAEYC standards.
• Curate programs and activities based on children's interests and learning styles.
• Maintain a warm, safe, clean environment for growth and exploration.
• Partner with families to plan for best care and education.
