BrightPath Kids in Edison Park is seeking a Lead Teacher to work with teachers and families, creating a home-away-from-home environment for children from 6 weeks to 12 years, in line with NAEYC guidelines.

Formación

• Associate degree in ECE or related field required.
• 1 year of licensed child care experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop age-appropriate curriculum per NAEYC guidelines.
• Ensure safety and supervision in assigned classroom.
• Collaborate with families to support each child.
• Maintain a warm, clean and organized learning space.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians.
