The Learning Experience - Milford, MA is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide a high-quality early childhood classroom in Milford, MA. You will plan developmentally appropriate experiences and lead a classroom using our L.E.A.P.

Curriculum, while supporting children’s cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional growth. Applicants must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements for Lead Teachers and have proven classroom leadership.

Qualifications

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as Lead Teacher.
• Infant-Toddler, Preschool, or multiple age-group qualifications welcomed.
• Professional early childhood classroom experience required.
• Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
• Dependable, collaborative, and passionate about early childhood education.

Lead Teacher - Early Childhood Education
The Learning Experience - Milford, MA
Pay: $22-$24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

The Learning Experience - Milford is looking for experienced early childhood educators who are ready to lead a classroom and take the next step in their teaching career.

We're open to qualified Infant-Toddler and Preschool educators. Instead of limiting this opportunity to one age group, we'll consider your qualifications, experience, strengths, and classroom preference to help determine the best fit.
