The Learning Experience in Natick, MA is seeking a qualified Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. We welcome Infant-Toddler and Preschool educators and will place you in the classroom that best matches your experience and strengths.

You will lead a high-quality classroom, plan developmentally appropriate learning experiences, and implement the LEAP Curriculum while supporting children's growth and forming strong family partnerships.

Qualifications

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as Lead Teacher.
• Infant-Toddler, Preschool, or multiple age-group qualifications welcomed.
• Professional early childhood classroom experience required.
• Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
• Dependable, collaborative, and passionate about early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-quality early childhood classroom
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences
• Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Support children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development
• Establish positive classroom routines and provide consistent guidance
• Observe and document children's development
• Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
• Build positive relationships and communicate regularly with families
• Maintain classroom quality, safety, and organization
• Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements
