Qualifications

• Ability to plan and implement high impact teaching strategies and evaluate their impact on learning growth.
• Ability to monitor and assess student learning, use data to drive improvement, and provide feedback to students and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage whole-school improvement initiatives aligned with the school strategic plan.
• Plan and manage curriculum development and delivery across key learning areas.
• Provide professional development and coaching for teaching staff and coordinators.
• Oversee staff performance, development reviews, and modelling of best practice in teaching.
• Develop and implement assessment and reporting policies and practices.
