Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow Teachers, and foster the growth of preschool children. The role emphasizes classroom leadership, curriculum implementation, and adherence to licensing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and center success.
