Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to nurture and guide preschool children with engaging learning experiences. You’ll mentor fellow Teachers and lead classroom activities, while ensuring safety and licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure licensing guidelines are followed.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
