Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher to foster engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for preschoolers in a supportive classroom. You will mentor fellow teachers and ensure a nurturing environment that promotes growth across social, physical, and cognitive domains.

You will lead curriculum implementation, manage the classroom, and build strong relationships with families while adhering to state education requirements and center policies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support the center’s success.
