Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to mentor staff, implement the curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow.

You will partner with parents to provide the best care and education, support enrollment and accreditation efforts, and build strong relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy required or in progress.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and state trainer certification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and partners.
