Job summary

Ivy Kids - Roswell West is hiring a School Age Lead Teacher to plan engaging after-school activities and summer camp curricula. You will oversee personal care, learning activities, and behavior guidance, modeling Conscious Discipline in a safe, organized classroom.

You will coordinate staff, maintain records, and keep families informed, while ensuring compliance with state standards and Ivy Kids procedures. Transportation duties are included.

Qualifications

• Must be able to repeatedly bend, stoop and run and lift children up to 50+ pounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children and parents.
• Lead teacher must complete at least 24 hours of training per year.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement daily after-school activities and summer camp curriculum.
• Supervise assistant teachers and maintain classroom records.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness per licensing and Ivy Kids standards.
• Communicate with director regarding staff, children, families, and program.
• Transport children to school and field trips in a 14-passenger bus.
