Chambliss Center for Children in Red Bank, TN is seeking an experienced preschool teacher to lead our 3-year-old classroom. The role requires a caring, energetic educator with hands-on classroom experience and the ability to partner with families and staff.

• Able to meet the age requirement (at least 18 years old) with a high school diploma or GED.
• Patience, flexibility, and compassion for young children.
• Preferred: ECE technical certificate, associate’s degree, or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field.

• Create a safe, nurturing, engaging classroom for 3-year-olds.
• Plan and lead activities that support social, emotional, physical, and early learning development.
• Supervise children actively and follow all safety and licensing requirements.
• Build consistent daily routines with smooth transitions.
• Use positive guidance to support behavior, independence, and social skills.
• Keep the classroom clean, organized, and welcoming, including daily cleaning and sanitizing.
• Partner with families, co-teachers, and center leadership.

What You Need

• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit on the floor often, and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
