Job summary

Chambliss Center for Children – Red Bank Center is seeking a dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher for a 3-year-old classroom. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with the autonomy to direct a classroom under the support of a well-established early childhood nonprofit in Red Bank, TN.

You will plan engaging activities, maintain consistent routines, guide young learners with positive strategies, ensure safety and licensing compliance, and collaborate with families and center leaders to

• 2+ years of classroom experience with children ages 2–5.
• High school diploma or GED; at least 18 years old.
• Patience, flexibility and a real love for young children.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead activities that build social, emotional, physical and early learning skills.

• Use positive guidance to help children learn independence and cooperation.
