The Learning Experience – Hudson Yards is seeking an experienced Lead Teacher for a 2-year-old classroom in New York City. The position offers full-time schedule, with pay ranging from $22 to $25 per hour based on education and experience.

Responsibilities include leading daily routines, implementing LEAP-based activities, supporting early language and social development, and collaborating with assistant teachers. Strong licensing knowledge and a nurturing classroom environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education required or in progress.
• Minimum 6 months of classroom teaching experience required.
• Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practice for toddlers.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Must meet all New York State and NYC childcare licensing requirements.

The Learning Experience – Hudson Yards is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Lead Teacher to guide our 2-year-old classroom. This role supports children during a key stage of independence, language growth, and early social development through structured routines and engaging classroom experiences.
