Learning Care Group in California is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire and manage a classroom for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years within our center. You will create engaging lessons, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure compliance with licensing and company standards.

This role emphasizes building strong relationships with families, promoting holistic development, and delivering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment every day.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
