Job summary

Learning Care Group in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Lead Teacher to create engaging, development-focused learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children and help implement our curriculum with fidelity.

You will take the lead on classroom management, stay compliant with licensing guidelines, and communicate openly with families to support each child's success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Must meet state education requirements and center standards.
• Ability to engage in indoor/outdoor activities with children.

• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
