Learning Care Group, Inc. in Arkansas is seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to inspire preschoolers with engaging, developmentally appropriate activities while leading classroom management and curriculum implementation.

You will build strong relationships with families, ensure compliance with state licensing guidelines, and partner with colleagues to create a safe, nurturing environment that supports every child’s growth. Monday–Friday schedule.

• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options

• Assistant Teacher- $17.25- $18.75 hourly
• Teacher/ Lead Teacher- $18.50- $20.50 hourly
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
