Through curriculum implementation, positive guidance, and strong partnerships with families and your team, you’ll deliver high-quality early learning experiences while meeting state requirements and supporting daily routines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in ECE preferred.
• 1–2 years of teaching experience in preschool or early childhood setting.
• Knowledge of state licensing requirements and classroom compliance.
• CPR/First Aid certification and ability to pass background checks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment and ensure safety ratios.
• Lead activities that support children’s learning and development.
• Provide active supervision and guide behavior with positive reinforcement.
• Support daily routines, including meals, naps, and transitions.
• Observe, document, and share student progress with families.

Qualifications:

• Must meet all state-specific education, certification (including CPR/First Aid, whererequired), licensing, and regulatory requirements, including the ability to pass a background check and complete ongoing professional development.

• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to build andmaintainpositive relationships with children, families, and team members.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
