Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher for our Pine Brook, NJ child care center. You will create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and guide curriculum implementation in a supportive team environment.

This role emphasizes meeting state licensing guidelines, building strong relationships with families, and leading daily classroom activities. Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits and education support.

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

Wewant energetic, dependable, passionate individualswhoare at least 18 andhave:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $20.26-$21.05 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
