Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher at our Pelham child care center. This role mentors fellow teachers and creates engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans that support the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.

You will lead classroom management, ensure compliance with licensing and company standards, and build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center's success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state education requirements and childcare center standards.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and stay physically active with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; ensure licensing guidelines and company standards are met.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:
