Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire children and families every day. You will create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and lead classroom management while ensuring curriculum and licensing compliance.

We value energetic, dependable individuals 18+, with a passion for education, ability to adapt to indoor/outdoor activities, and commitment to safety and growth of preschoolers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement.
