Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher who will create engaging learning experiences, mentor peers, and promote child development. The role includes leading classroom management, implementing curriculum, and ensuring compliance with licensing standards.

Strong communication with families is essential for center success. We offer a supportive, energetic environment aimed at helping teachers grow through ongoing training, tuition reimbursement, credential assistance, and our Master Teacher

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure licensing guidelines are followed.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:
