Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and lead a classroom within our child care center. You will design engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure adherence to licensing guidelines and center standards.

You will supervise classroom activities inside and outside, foster family engagement, and support the center’s success through effective communication and care for preschool children.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
