Learning Care Group is hiring Lead Teachers to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow educators. This role focuses on promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children while leading classroom management and curriculum implementation in alignment with licensing guidelines.

You will build strong relationships with families, coordinate activities, and contribute to a positive, supportive center culture that values growth and play every day.

Formación

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
