Job Description

As a Pre-K Lead Teacher, you will coordinate classroom operations and implement our proprietary, literacy-based curriculum. Our curriculum is structured yet flexible, encouraging creativity and intentionality in developing activities based on students' interests and needs. You will collaborate with staff, administration, families, and the community to foster a positive learning environment.

Employment Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must meet all company and state-specific standards and maintain required credentials.
• Educational requirements include:
• Bachelor’s degree with 6 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or Human Services.
• Or Associate degree with 6 credit hours in the same fields.
• Or High School Diploma or GED accompanied by a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
