Job summary

CP Preparatory School in California is seeking a dedicated classroom assistant to support the lead teacher and create a safe, engaging learning environment for preschoolers. You will help with daily activities, supervise students, and help bring the curriculum to life.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required. Coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience with young children in childcare, preschool, or similar setting is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of classroom procedures and willingness to learn state licensing and compliance requirements.
  • Must meet all state-specific education, certification (including CPR/First Aid where required), licensing, and regulatory requirements, including the ability to pass a background check and ongoing professional development.
