Our Full-time Lead Teacher works 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday.
Our Part-time Lead Teacher Works either 8:00 am-1:00pm or 12:00 pm- 5:00 pm
You need to meet at least one of the following for this teaching role:
Our ideal Lead Teacher is detail-oriented, team-spirited, and able to create engaging and educational curricula. CPR/First Aid certification would be preferred but not required.
As our Lead Teacher, you'll play a key role in shaping a fun, safe, and enriching classroom environment for young children. With your thoughtfully designed lesson plans, you'll guide age-appropriate activities each day that ignite curiosity and nurture each child's development.
You’ll set a positive example, encouraging children to explore new concepts, try new things, and build confidence in a nurturing space. Working closely with your fellow teaching staff, you'll ensure the classroom runs smoothly and that every day is full of meaningful moments.
You'll also build strong partnerships with families, keeping them informed about their child's experiences, progress, and any concerns that arise.
Must have the ability to pass a background check.
