Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 credits in ECE or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as lead/primary teacher in a licensed setting
• Active NH teacher certification or eligibility for NH Childcare Licensing Bureau lead teacher requirements
• Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications, or willingness to obtain them upon hire
• Available to work until 5:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that promote cognitive and social development
• Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom volunteers to maintain a cohesive team environment
