Job summary

La Petite Academy in West Columbia, SC is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and support a caring, professional team. You will plan engaging activities, mentor fellow Teachers, and ensure safe, nurturing classroom environments.

You’ll promote growth across social, physical, and cognitive domains, manage daily routines, and uphold licensing guidelines and company standards while building strong relationships with families and the center community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
