Job summary

Learning Care is hiring Lead Teachers to join a strong community focused on care for children and families. You’ll create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, manage classrooms, and ensure adherence to licensing guidelines and company standards.

You will build relationships with families to support children's achievement and center success. This role requires at least 18 years old, classroom leadership experience, and ability to meet state education requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
