Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire children and guide learning in our preschool classrooms. You’ll develop engaging lessons, mentor fellow Teachers, and help create welcoming, safe learning environments that encourage curiosity.

You will manage daily activities, follow licensing guidelines, partner with families, and support center success. We seek energetic, dependable individuals 18+, with classroom leadership experience and the ability to work indoors or outdoors

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
