Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and support families in a nurturing preschool environment. You will create engaging lessons, mentor fellow teachers, and lead classroom management while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and our company standards.

You’ll build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families, promoting child development and school readiness across ages 6 weeks to 12 years, in a safe, stimulating setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities
