Job summary

La Petite Academy in Liberty, MO is seeking an energetic Lead Teacher to guide classroom learning and mentor fellow teachers. You will promote child growth, lead curriculum implementation, and ensure licensing compliance.

You’ll build strong relationships with families and help create a positive, engaging center environment that supports each child’s learning journey.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote growth in the class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:
