Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and inspire young learners. You will design engaging activities, mentor fellow staff, and support children’s growth both academically and socially in a dynamic childcare setting.

In this role you’ll lead curriculum implementation, ensure compliance with licensing and company standards, and communicate with families to promote each child’s achievement and well-being.

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
