Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher in Hauppauge, NY. This role focuses on creating engaging learning experiences, mentoring peers, and ensuring strong classroom management and curriculum implementation in line with licensing guidelines.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $19.67-$20.44 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
