Job summary

Learning Care is hiring Lead Teachers to care for children and families while supporting our dedicated team. You’ll create engaging learning experiences, mentor peers, lead classroom management and curriculum, and build strong relationships with families to promote child achievement.

We seek energetic, dependable individuals aged 18+, with classroom leadership experience and the ability to meet state education requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.

• Call the shots! Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.

We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $117.36-$18.03 hourly, bi‑weekly and daily pay options; based on position, education and experience / any other compensation offered.
• Immediate health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time‑off and 401(k) (plus company match) provided for full‑time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part‑time workers.
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees.
• Monday–Friday work week.
