What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

• Be empathetic to children's emotions and parents' needs
• Plan daily lessons supporting social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth
• Communicate professionally with parents and staff
• Use strong writing skills and technology to report child progress
• Set age-appropriate expectations
• Be creative, passionate, and have fun
