Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to support enterprise-wide recruitment in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with Internal TA, HR, and Hiring Managers to align attraction strategies and pipelines with business needs.

The role requires 5+ years of TA experience, strong executive presence, and proven full-cycle recruitment across corporate functions. Office-based role with collaborative team culture and opportunity to contribute to process

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Talent Acquisition.
  • Executive presence with strong communication.
  • Experience managing full recruitment life cycle.
  • Corporate exposure across multiple functions.
  • Office-based work experience for at least 2 years.

Responsibilities

  • Support enterprise-wide TA recruitment
  • Collaborate with Internal TA, HR, and Hiring Managers to align talent pipelines
  • Review qualifications and profiles to shape evaluation criteria
  • Utilize selection tools and screening processes expertly
  • Manage candidates through interview stages
  • Maintain pipelines and ensure timely communications
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience from contact to onboarding
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments smoothly
  • Maintain accurate ATS data and records
  • Help drive process improvements and SOPs
  • Support special projects as needed

Job Description
  • Support enterprise-wide talent acquisition recruitment
  • Work with Internal Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Hiring Manager to align talent attraction and pipeline strategies with business needs
  • Review minimum qualifications and job profiles of each position and work with clients to identify and/or develop evaluation criteria
  • Provide expert-level usage of selection, assessment tools, and screening
  • Facilitate and effectively manage candidates throughout the interview process
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through the onboarding process
  • Assist in coordinating interviews and assessments, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Support with initiatives that drive process improvement, building SOPs and system enhancements, and with guiding internal stakeholders
  • Support special projects as needed

Skills and Requirements
  • 5+ years TA exp
  • Someone with strong executive presence (Strong communication, good process to come to the team)
  • Corporate exposure and experience (managing majority of merch team, accounting, supply chain, and occasionally tech)
  • Someone who has full cycle recruitment experience
  • Worked in an office for min 2 years.
  • Stay away from healthcare and DMV background
