Job summary

Submer is seeking a Senior Systems Validation & Integration Engineer to lead end-to-end validation and integration of our modular data center platform from a Houston-based lab. The role requires onsite presence and hands-on leadership across electrical, mechanical, thermal, controls, networking, and compute subsystems.

You will define validation strategies, manage test infrastructures, and drive root-cause analysis while collaborating with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Degree in E.E., Mech., or Systems Eng.
• 7–10+ years in validation or test engineering.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary data-center systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end system validation across subsystems.
• Design, build, and scale the Houston-based validation lab.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, manufacturing, software, and operations.
