Job summary

DMI, LLC seeks a Systems/Network Administrator Lead to own administration and maintenance for platforms across a nationwide DoD enterprise. You will ensure service levels, act as the service owner, and plan the contractor team for O&M of customer-built networks.

You will lead the Outage Response Team, providing 24/7 coverage, directing resolution, communicating with agencies and vendors, and maintaining COOP/disaster recovery plans.

Qualifications

• DoD 8140.03 certification (e.g., Sec+ CE) required for the role.
• ITIL v4 cert (Manager or higher) or ITIL v4 Foundation or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide systems and network administration, operations, and maintenance.
• Own service levels and act as service owner for service solutions.
• Direct the 24/7/365 Outage Response Team during incidents and outages.
